Cancellation Policies

Preschool Cancellation Policy
*SCH does not issue cash or card refunds*
Withdrawal Notice:
We require one month’s (31 days) written notice for preschool program cancellations. Partial months will be prorated. Please note that prorated tuition will be charged at the time of cancellation.
Deadline for Withdrawal:
Cancellations or withdrawals scheduled after March 1st, 2027 will not be accepted. If you decide to withdraw after this date, you will be responsible for paying the full tuition for the rest of the academic year.
SCH Cancellations:
If SCH cancels a program, we will make every effort to provide a make-up option. If you are unable to attend the make-up, or we are unable to offer a make-up class, you will receive a family credit for the missed session.

Camp Cancellation Policy
Applies to camps, no school days, and other one-time registrations.
*SCH does not issue cash or card refunds*
Cancellations made with 10 or more days written notice before the program start date will receive family credit for the canceled order(s). Family credit does not expire and can be used for other SCH registrations placed on Jumbula.
Cancellations made with fewer than 10 days written notice before the program start date are non-refundable and will not receive family credit.
- Transfer requests between camps must also be made 10+ days prior to the start of each session.
If SCH cancels a program, we will make every effort to provide a make-up option. If you are unable to attend the make-up, or we are unable to offer a make-up class, you will receive a family credit equivalent to the missed session.
Class dates missed by the participant will not be credited. We do not offer make up sessions for classes missed by the participant.

ASE 2026/27 Cancellation + Transfer Policy

CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel your registration for a quarter after the applicable deadlines below, you will still be responsible for paying half of the remaining monthly tuition for that quarter.
*Please note that the registration deposit is non-refundable and will not be credited for any
cancellations.
TRANSFERS:
Reducing Care Days:
If you would like to reduce your child’s schedule (i.e. switching from a 5 to 2 day/week schedule), you must notify us by the deadlines below. Schedule reductions after the deadline will not be permitted.
Switching Care Days (Same Number of Days):
You may switch care days (i.e. switch from Tues/Thurs to Mon/Weds) with at least two weeks notice as space allows.
Adding Care Days:
You may request additional drop-in days at any time, and we will accommodate your child as space allows.
Additional registration will be required by reaching out to the Office or Youth Program Manager.
Quarterly Cancellation + Schedule Reduction Deadlines:
August 1: Deadline to cancel enrollment and avoid paying monthly tuition for Q1
December 1: Deadline to cancel enrollment and avoid paying monthly tuition for Q2
March 1: Deadline to cancel enrollment and avoid paying monthly tuition for Q3
