Dancers will develop their musicality, embody rhythm and grooves, gain foundational technique, build confidence, and learn the history and importance of Hip-Hop dance. Caregivers must remain on-site and be prepared to offer support if needed. *Please wear something comfortable that you can move in. Shoes must have clean soles to protect the dance floor (can clean upon arrival if needed, or bring a separate pair if possible). The Laurelhurst Studio is located in Laurelhurst Park, between the tennis courts and the playground, near the intersection of SE Cesar Chavez Blvd and SE Stark Street. Street parking is available in the neighborhood. 8-week session: Thursday October 15-Thursday December 10 (no class Thanksgiving week)
