Grown-up and Me Yoga Session 2 (ages 2-5)

This class will include a variety of developmentally appropriate poses, meditations, songs, chants, dancing and books!
The teacher will read the cues of the students and go along with what they may need for that particular day. There will be opportunities to learn different calming techniques for children and adults. An emphasis on social-emotional health and development is at the heart of each class.
