Grown-up and Me Yoga Session 1 (ages 0-2)

This infant/toddler class will include developmentally appropriate songs, chants and movement as well as introduce calming techniques adults and young children can practice together. The teacher will read the cues of the group and provide opportunities for books, dancing and props based on the needs of the group. An emphasis on social emotional health and development is at the heart of each class.
