The Nesting Course guides expecting parents through the essential aspects of preparing for life after Baby arrives, focusing on both the baby’s needs and the well-being of parents. Each week, Bridgetown Baby's certified postpartum doula and childbirth educator, Katherine Geis, will cover key topics designed to foster a smooth transition into parenthood and equip parents with the tools they need to thrive.
This class aims to help you feel more prepared, informed, and confident as you enter parenthood, with a strong focus on both baby’s development, your own well being, and building a strong community to support you once your baby arrives.
This 8-week class meets weekly on Wednesday afternoons from 12-1:30, April 9-May 28, in the Sellwood Community House Meeting Room. Childcare and food provided. Partners are welcome.
