Afternoon Playgroup is a play-based afternoon preschool program in the heart of Sellwood. Our program is influenced by Montessori and Reggio-Emilia models. We are proud of our amazing and well trained staff, beautiful classroom environments and our community-minded atmosphere. This program is mixed-age, encouraging peer cooperation and learning. Our daily schedule is flexible and follows the child's natural rhythm, making space for teacher and child-directed learning. During afternoon playgroup your child will have opportunities for dramatic play, rest time, process art, story time, gross motor movement, and so much more.

Participants must be 2 years and 11 months to 5 years and 5 months old when the program starts.
Registration starts on 02/17/2025 and ends on 06/05/2026.
